Leave Your Change

  • Maybe it's because I am a broke college student. Maybe I just like to find money. When I expect $0.45 and get $0.90, I feel pretty lucky. It's like winning a prize (in a weird way). That's just my opinion.

    Now hold on just a minute.

    It's true that when I find change in the bin i think to myself "the idiot before me left his change", but I also think "well, their loss, my gain!" and pocket the money.
  • Hmm, I guess I'm in the minority (wrong) then. If that's what most people think when they see the change, then it does little good.

    I have to agree with Jason on this one. Everytime I have found change that is exactly what I thought.
  • I'm not so sure that the lucky person says to himself, "wow, what luck" so much as "the idiot that used this machine before me forgot to get his change!"
