Republicans: The Modern Dixiecrats?

I’m tired of hearing racist, ignorant garbage spewing from the mouths of Republicans; it’s starting to seriously piss me the fuck off. This fuckstain Republican activist pictured above just said the following when he heard about an escaped Gorilla in a nearby zoo:

I’m sure it’s just one of Michelle’s ancestors – probably harmless.

He was talking about our first lady, of course. And in case there’s any confusion, he already admitted it and apologized for it.

I say no, fuck you. Fuck your stupid-ass apology. I vote for ridicule and ostracism. This ignorant fuck probably doesn’t even know he too is a primate, because he’s probably too ignorant to believe in evolution.

I work with people stupid enough to make these types of comments–hundreds of them–and I’m seriously running out of patience. But I suppose it’s no wonder so many Republicans are racist when the party was basically created because of it.

Few people realize that the white people in the South up until 1948 were Democrats. They left the party en masse when Truman started pushing for the end of racial segregation. Strom Thurmond, a well-known racist, then founded a party largely based on segregation and then became a Republican in 1964, which is where you’ll find most racist white people today.

Actually, as of right now, that’s my new name for sorry, white, ignorant, racist fucks who think Bush was good for America and Obama is bad for it — dixiecrats. The beauty of the insult is that they’ll be too stupid to even know I’m insulting them. ::

[ Note: Just because most white racists are Republicans doesn't mean I'm saying that if you're a Republican you're a racist. There are plenty of decent people in the party for other reasons; I just don't seem to live near many of them. ]
