My friend Dylan showed me Forward Russia like a year or two ago and I wasted part of my life by not listening to them seriously then. I’ve now remedied this gevious error, and I’d ask you not to repeat my mistake.

In the meantime I’ve asked my friend Brad to use the Intertubes to highlight the bands he’s into. Out of all my friends he has the musical tastes that most closely match my own (eclectic, with a penchant for heavy and technical).

He recently spoke of using last.fm to expose himself to new music, and I think this is awesome. That’s the cool thing about following your friends’ blogs; each has their own unique authoritative realms and refreshing perspectives. One of Brad’s is music, and I will be following his thoughts closely.

In fact, I’ve already purchased the Refused album he mentioned in his latest post.
